- Is the floor on which your flat is constructed – approved by government bodies?
- Is the land on which property is built, disputed in the court & can it land you in trouble?
- Is the land converted to residential plot or is it still an agricultural land?
- Has the property got approval from all government bodies or there are some missing approvals?
- Property has got government approval but does it follow approved plan? If no, can it expose you to heavy penalties.
